ORDER PROCESS
Step 1. GET IN TOUCH
Please email us a detailed description of the caps you have in mind. This should include cap style (crown, peak, fabric types, and other details) and logo design (ai & DST files). Feel free to send any files that could help us meet your needs. Also, please let us know the delivery address so that we can briefly understand how the whole procedure, including ocean freight and import and export customs process, would work.
Step 2. GET A QUOTE
Our sales representativ will contact you back to share more information. This procedure will discuss all the technical information, including logotypes (embroidery, printing, patches, etc.), size, placement, color, etc.
Step 3. SAMPLING
Once all the required information about your orders is confirmed, a sample cap will be manufactured, and HD photos of all its sides will be taken and sent to the customer. You can also ask for delivery of the sample if needed.
Step 4. MAIN PRODUCTION
The main production process will start after the customer approves the sample hat. The production time depends on the quantity and complexity of the hat design. It can be discussed in earlier steps.
Step 5. DELIVERY
Produced hats will go through censoring by the quality control team and then be packed professionally for shipment. We provide worldwide delivery by air or sea freight.
